Wide knowledge of web applications and data flows with an understanding of end-users and how they interact with web applications and data. You must be skilled at brainstorming, deadline driven, organised, with strong verbal and written communication skills and most importantly detail obsessed.

• Manage client master data sets including sourcing new data, data updates, data conversions
• Manage quality assurance of master data sets, imported data, exported data
• Manage data related client support investigations
• Lead client contact for provision of requested data
• Monitor and review data collected from suppliers ensuring data quality
• Review matching processes regularly ensuring data collected is mapped in Nidasu applications
• Compare data from different sources with Nidasu reports, investigate discrepancies and report on inconsistencies
• Interact with data suppliers to ensure completeness and accuracy of data
• Participate in client internal / external meetings (on request)
• Assist with design, implementation of new data reporting initiatives
• Assist with design, implementation of data integrity, security, compliance policy & programs
• Assist with design, implementation of data validation, data cleansing, data standardisation policy & programs
• Assist with design, implementation of pre-production test environments and test data sets
• Provide data troubleshooting expertise to assist Nidasu colleagues / client representatives
• Work with various stake holders (internal / external)
• Prepare and facilitate educational training sessions, documents, videos (internal / external)

To be successful in this opportunity you can demonstrate your ability to;

• Design, develop, create, test, implement, support data driven programs to enhance Nidasu service & products for client
• Design, develop, create, test, implement, support programs to meet client data requests
• Design, develop, create, test, implement, support data driven programs to identify new business opportunities (internal / external)
• Present and propose new business opportunities learnt from data analysis (internal / external)
• Oversee and assist Nidasu support teams with client support investigations

Essential Skills:-

• Highly proficient in advanced Excel , managing large amount of dataSimple Microsoft SQL queries
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of Automotive service and parts processes, programs and terminology (such as retention, throughputs, sold hours) and best practise automotive metrics

• Knowledge of REST API technologies
• Responsive webpages and email EMDs
• Proficient with AJAX calls
• Have used a version control system for managing code
• Experience with Agile development methodology
