About the Role The Customer Marketing Specialist is accountable for planning and implementing customer marketing campaigns to drive engagement and improve retention across the entire customer lifecycle. You will also track and measure campaign performance, using data and insights to uplift your results.- Plan and Execute Campaigns: Design, implement and optimise multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with various teams across MYOB.
- Craft Compelling Communications: Build engaging customer content, ensuring alignment with Product, Product Marketing, Branding, Legal and other team members.
- Support the execution of customer retention programs: Collaborate across teams to implement targeted retention strategies, including tailored offers for high-risk customers.
- Utilise Data-Driven Insights: Analyse data to advise campaign strategies, measure impact and continuously improve results.
- Report and Optimise: Monitor and report on campaign performance, uncovering opportunities to enhance outcomes and refine strategies.
- Experience creating marketing campaigns that get results.
- Organised, detail-focused, and great at managing projects.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas and influence others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with copywriting experience highly regarded.
- Proven experience in customer or lifecycle marketing, ideally within SaaS organisations.
- Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Platforms.
- Analytical approach with a knack for using data to inform decisions.
