Pattisons Patisserie Burwood store is looking for experienced baristas with minimum two years experience to join their team. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays availability is essential.

Pattisons started their first store over 25years ago. Their products are made from the raw ingredient to the finished product that are supplied from their central kitchen, also roast their own "Pattisons "brand of coffee.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• 2+ years relevant experience in making coffee in a busy environment
• Ability to handle 6kg solo
• Passionate about coffee and customer service
• Dialling in, adjusting grinder, maintaining equipment, latte art
• Cleanliness
• Open communication, positive attitude and a team player
• Opening and closing duties
• Exceptional customer service
• Imparting knowledge to customers about Pattisons products
• Learning and following company procedures
• Sales cash handling and eftpos transactions
• Providing service with a "Smile"
