The role:

Snooze Mackay is looking for a passionate Retail Sales Consultant with a confident, genuine approach and a talent for building strong customer relationships. A deep commitment to providing expert sleep solutions is essential.

This role offers 3-4 days a week, with shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Availability on both Saturday and Sunday is essential. Were open to offering part-time or casual hours for the right candidate.

At Snooze, youll be

• Building relationships with customers in order to provide expert sleep solutions
• Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations - you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience.

You will bring

• Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential
• Customer-centric behaviours
• Confident and professional communication skills
• The ability to use a computer
• The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
