Key responsibilities include: - Contribute to, and lead where required, the development, implementation and evaluation of education, awareness and engagement activities that target work health and safety, electrical safety, return to work and industrial relations issues. Examples could include, but are not limited to, development of internal communications outputs, stakeholder engagement events, reports, forms and sponsorships. - Develop and maintain working relationships with other OIR business units to deliver awareness and engagement services to them in a timely manner and secure their assistance with engagement activities as required. - Support other SC team members in implementing education, awareness and stakeholder engagement activities. - Provide accurate and timely advice to the Manager on project progress and issues that may impact on service delivery. - Actively engage in a multi-disciplinary, agile team environment. - Ensure work is of a professional, consistent quality, to budget and in accordance with SC standard operating procedures and governance, and Queensland Government writing and style guides. Mandatory qualifications or conditions A tertiary qualification in a marketing or communications discipline would be highly regarded and relevant professional experience is essential.
