We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our highly professional team. The chosen individual will be tasked with delivering innovative solutions involving ServiceNow and working with our Financial Services clients to understand their business needs, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to provide practical solutions.

• 1 to 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow Development.
• ServiceNow System Administration certification or other ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
• Experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow GRC/HRSD/TPRM/BCM/HAM/SAM modules.
• Good understanding of the knowledge/content features of the platform and familiar with JavaScript, CSS, Jelly, JSON, Angular, XHTML and XML
• Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals and build successful relationships at all levels.
• Project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain possible solutions to non-technical and technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving, debugging and testing skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies

Nice to have

• CTA or CMA certification
• Experience in architecture
