Your Role As the Project Officer, Data and Systems, Capability you will work as a valued member of our team and play a key role in the Education Futures Institute providing operational, administrative and corporate services support. As the Project Officer, your role will include: Undertaking information management of training and assessment records, including managing incoming training records and uploading records into the training records database Contributing to process management and improvement activities in relation to capability development and information systems and processes Providing quality support, information and advice to clients, colleagues and general queries from the field. This role will report to the Manager, Data and Systems, Capability. About You The ideal applicant will: be a team player with great attention to detail and an ability to manage high work volume have excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders have very good problem solving and process improvement skills enjoy working with a diverse team to deliver on key initiatives and make a positive impact in education.
