Description: About the Role As Venue Manager, youll be the heartbeat of Devils Corner, leading a passionate team to deliver memorable moments for every visitor. Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
• Site Management: Ensure the venue is impeccably maintained and operates seamlessly, showcasing the best of Devils Corner.
• Food Partnerships: Collaborate closely with our food partners to deliver a cohesive and exceptional culinary experience that complements our wines.
• Operations Excellence: Oversee daily activities, from cellar door service to events, ensuring top-notch hospitality and smooth logistics.
• Financial Acumen: Develop budgets, manage the P&L, and identify growth opportunities that align with our strategic goals.

Skills and Experiences: About You Youre a hospitality trailblazer with at least 8 years of management experience in tourism, hospitality, or marketing.
