Our client, a resource company seeks a Technical Writer/ Training Development Consultant based in inner city Melbourne.

Hybrid model - flexible work arrangement Contract: Immediate Start | Until 31 March 2025

Salary: $80 P/H

About the Role:

• Collaborate with a supportive team, working closely with the Change Advisory Manager and Capability Lead.
• Design and develop easy-to-understand learning resources to build capability across employees, managers, and HR teams.
• Create a variety of training materials, including:
• • Quick Reference Guides
  • Micro-training videos
  • Training session plans
• Engage with HR subject matter experts and business change champions to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Deliver system demonstrations and small-group training sessions.

What Youll Bring:

• Proven experience in a similar Training /Technical Writing or Instructional Design role.
• Proven experience supporting HR system projects.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• A creative mindset with a passion for making complex content simple and engaging.
