The Financial Crime Technology team is accountable to execute on Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) enhancements to processes, systems and skills to ensure the Groups goal of ensuring leading practice in disrupting financial crime. Their strategy is to deliver efficient and quality processes aimed at creating experiences that our customers love, to ensure increased confidence in managing financial crime.
They are part of the Corporate Services Technology practice, responsible for delivering projects, enhancements and assessments relating to Financial Crime Technology services that safeguard the Group and wider community. They support the Financial Crimes Services domain with platforms and capabilities, Financial Crime Compliance with execution of policies and Financial Crimes Operations with operational efficiencies and workflow.
As a Crew Tech Lead, youll define technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment to tech strategy, reference architecture, enterprise data standards, application simplification and modernisation agendas. Youll translate business strategy into technical strategy, helping business leaders understand technology concerns by working at the forefront of all technology decisions and ensure performance and availability of technology.
Youll be the expert in the tech landscape with a clear vision on trends and capabilities to create competitive advantage; ensure IT risks, technical debt and the associated impacts are understood.
Were interested in hearing from people who :
- Show expert knowledge in banking and financial crimes regulatory commitments
- Are experienced in leading teams to deliver technology solutions, whilst ensuring the alignment to the technology roadmap
- Are knowledgeable around architecture, software / systems engineering and influencing senior leaders in their technology roadmap direction
- Have previously been responsible for funding, resourcing and budgets
- Show the ability to work across teams and influence great outcomes, solve problems and operate at times with ambiguity
- Show excellent commercial acumen with experience in strategic planning
- Comfortable managing virtual and indirect teams to facilitate outcomes
