We are currently seeking a Supply Planner to join the team in Baulkham Hills. You will be responsible for forward Forecast Order Planning & buying inventory to fulfil the demand for the production team as well as the sales team. This role will also be a key support for all the day to day operations in supply chain. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement materials management strategies consistent with customer requirements and OTTR while keeping in mind the working capital plans in AOP
• Deploy the key material strategies in alignment with Global Materials strategies and ensure that the ISC operations understand the key strategies and support deployment of the resulting priority initiatives
• Establish an MOS (Management Operating System) to effectively collaborate with the Business and ISC leadership teams
• Develop material management improvement plans that encompass both delivery operations and the supply base
• Enhance collaboration with sourcing teams, standard work for Planner/Buyers/ Logistics people for prompt escalation of material shortages and utilizing RPS to root cause

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Demonstrated knowledge in Supply Planning principles, logistics
• Strong communication skills as this role will be working with diverse suppliers and stakeholders
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Commercial acumen
• Hands on experience with MS Suite is essential
