The Opportunity

Ashursts Transformation Management Office function is maturing and expanding their PMO service offering and are looking for a highly motivated PMO Analyst to join team to support the governance of project delivery across Ashurst. This role is being offered as a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity.

The main responsibilities will include the following:

• Supporting the coordination of the strategic initiatives across Ashurst globally.
• Work with the Global PMO team to provide governance oversight of TMOs portfolio of projects
• Be a point of contact in the APAC region for the TMO PMO and Project Management frameworks, process, procedures and initiatives, ensuring they are updated and are continuously improved
• Monitor and track progress of the portfolio for reporting purposes, centrally logging relevant items and escalating as appropriate to the Head of PMO

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

• A good grasp of the project delivery lifecycle and experience of coordinating projects, programmes and portfolios.
• Diplomatic, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organisational skills and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to take initiative and problem-solve
• Remains calm under pressure, is confident to escalate issues or flag risks that may surface.
• Strong experience in working with main MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
