Heathcote Health is an integrated rural health service, providing a broad range of acute, aged care, primary health programs and home-based services to Heathcote and surrounding districts.

Position Title: Leisure, Lifestyle & Social Support Coordinator

Employment Type: Ongoing full-time

Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025

Role Description

As our Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator, youll be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering a variety of Leisure & Lifestyle interests and social activities tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents within the Residential Aged Care Units & Community Social Support Group. Youll work closely with residents and staff to promote wellbeing, inclusion, and fun!

About you

• Relevant Qualifications and / or experience in the Community Services sector and/ or experience in working with older adults and / or people with a disability.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate staff and volunteers.
• Experience in the development, coordination and evaluation of group programs and activities.
