YOUR ROLE Were looking for a Warehouse Operator with quality control expertise to support a key aerospace and defence customer at our secure Kemps Creek site. Youll take a lead role in executing QA processes and supporting site compliance standards. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor and working closely with the Quality Advisor, youll coordinate quality checks, assist with documentation accuracy, and act as a point of contact for QA-related matters on shift. We have an 8 am - 4 pm shift available. This position is offered at $36.91 per hour + 13.75% super, under the CEVA Logistics & Transport Workers Union National Enterprise Agreement. Specifically, you will: Perform quality inspections on inbound and outbound stock Validate documentation, part numbers, and packaging compliance Coordinate isolation and escalation of non-conforming goods Maintain QA records, logs, and support audit readiness Assist team members with quality handling procedures Provide input into continuous improvement and defect prevention initiatives. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Due to the security clearance requirements of our customer, only Australian citizens (including dual Australian-US citizens) are eligible for this role. Unfortunately, dual citizens of other nations cannot be considered. To be successful in this role, youll need: Solid warehouse background with hands-on QA or compliance experience Strong attention to detail and familiarity with quality procedures Good working knowledge of WMS and RF scanning systems Clear communication and ability to guide others in QA handling LF/LO licence preferred but not essential In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
