We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as a Lead Payments Management reporting to Payments Manager. A bit about your role The Lead Payments Management is responsible for managing the payments process, including supplier payments, outsourced service provider performance, and travel and expense reimbursements. The role involves performing analytics and management reporting on invoicing and payment performance, with a focus on data and understanding business impacts on cash flow and payment terms. Key accountabilities include delivering payment processes, managing outsourced partners, overseeing travel and expense systems, continuous improvement initiatives, developing reporting capabilities, stakeholder relationships, and managing audit requirements. A bit about you The role requires several years of accounts payable experience in high transactional environments with major capital/project spend, and proficiency in at least one core finance system. Additionally, any experience in data analytics, advanced Excel functions, and building Tableau reports or similar is needed. Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff in a high-pressure work environment.
