Armani Restaurant is a famous restaurant located on 354 Church St, Parramatta NSW 2150. We operate seven days a week offering Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. The restaurant provides a wide variety of dishes and family-oriented atmosphere for our customers.

We are seeking a full time Hospitality Manager who will be able to work independently or as a part of a team, reliable and will be rewarded with a great salary also a friendly and supportive work environment.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• · Plan, coordinate, and oversee catering and event operations from concept to completion.
• · Ensure events are executed efficiently and meet client specifications.
• · Manage the preparation, setup, and execution of catering services, including food and beverage coordination.
• · Recruit, train, and supervise hospitality staff, including chefs, servers, and event coordinators.
• · Develop staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and performance during events.
• · Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve service standards.
• · Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• · Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized and professional services.
• · Handle client feedback and implement improvements based on their input.
• · Prepare budgets for events, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
• · Manage inventory and purchasing to minimize waste and control costs.
• · Generate financial reports and analyse event performance for continuous improvement.
• · Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• · Collaborate with the marketing team to promote catering and event services.

Requirements/Skills Qualification:

• · At least 3 years of relevant experience
