Lead a Great New Store!

Feedwells new Pitt St café and wellness bar is on the hunt for a hands-on Store Manager who knows how to rally a team and run a tight, consistent operation.

This role is about making sure everything runs smoothly, everyone knows their role, and every shift hits the mark.

Your focus will be:

• Leading a 6-8 person team during busy weekday shifts
• Organising front-of-house, Wellness Bar, cleaning, restocking and customer service stations
• Rostering, stock ordering, and managing daily store operations.
• Keeping service standards high and the store looking great
• Supporting a positive, efficient team environment

Were looking for:

• Strong leadership and team management skills (hospitality experience preferred)
• Organised, calm, hands-on style — you spot what needs doing and get it done
• Experience with rostering, stock control and POS systems
• Customer service mindset, but team leadership is the real key
