Job Description:

HDR 888 Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Fencer / Fence Installer to join our team. We specialize in providing high-quality fencing solutions for residential and commercial clients. If you have experience in fence installation and are looking to join a growing and dynamic company, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of fencing materials, including wood, chain-link, vinyl, and aluminum
• Measure and cut materials to size
• Dig post holes and set fence posts securely
• Ensure all fences are installed to meet safety standards and customer specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Work efficiently and professionally to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fence installation or a similar trade (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Strong knowledge of fence materials and installation techniques
• Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with specific types of fencing (e.g., wood, vinyl, etc.)
• Ability to work with hand tools and machinery
• Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
