Are you a seasoned travel marketer or a driven Marketing Executive ready to take the next step in your career? An internationally acclaimed, luxury travel company is seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Manager to drive the success of its high-end cruise product portfolio in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

This role is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of ultra-luxury travel, leading integrated campaigns and collaborating across global teams to deliver exceptional results.

The Role

As the Marketing Manager, youll lead the strategy, development, and implementation of cross-channel marketing campaigns for a premium cruise product. This includes managing creative production, campaign analysis, partner collaboration, and aligning with global brand objectives - all while contributing directly to sales and passenger growth.

Key Duties

• Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for luxury cruise products across Australia and NZ
• Develop creative assets in collaboration with design, content, and media teams
• Analyse performance metrics to optimise campaign ROI and achieve KPIs
• Manage advertising and consumer marketing campaigns from planning to execution
• Deliver sales-driving initiatives in partnership with trade and tourism boards
• Coordinate presentations and marketing support for webinars, events, and activations
• Maintain brand integrity across all communications
• Manage marketing budgets and reporting, ensuring spend aligns with business goals

Skillset

• Strong creative judgment and a strategic mindset
• Effective communicator with cross-functional and cross-market collaboration experience
• Highly organised with exceptional planning and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with a quality-first approach
• Confident copywriter who can adapt tone and messaging by format and channel
• Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years in a marketing role, ideally within the travel industry
• Experience in luxury travel or cruise marketing (AU/NZ market knowledge a bonus)
• Proven ability to manage budgets and measure marketing effectiveness
• Solid understanding of content marketing, digital, and traditional media
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business (desirable)

Salary

$100,000 + Super
