We are currently looking for empathetic and caring support workers to join our team to assist our NDIS clients with community access and social reconnection.

About the role -

This role of the support worker is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes

* Flexible, responsive, client focused support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve physical and mental health and achieve their goals.

* Support Workers be prepared to work shift work - Monday to Sunday shifts available.

* Will assist participants in their needs of daily living

Essential requirements -

* Experience supporting people with a disability desired but not essential

* Current First Aid Certificate and CPR

* Police Check & Working with Children Check

* An NDIS Workers Screening Check

This role is a casual on-going basis. We offer an attractive hourly rate.
