We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes: Expertise in development and implementation of strategic direction, as part of a team, and ability to lead change in the development of the QAS Falls Co-Response Program across the state. Demonstrated expert ability to advocate and effectively communicate, engage, and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, providing authoritative advice in scoping, designing, implementing, and evaluating services. Expert knowledge, skills, and experience in evidence-based practice for falls interventions, prevention, and management. Proven high level ability to lead and manage the program, the people, the service improvement initiatives, and the resources in line with best practice human resource management, including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety and ethical behaviour. Demonstrated understanding, or ability to rapidly acquire understanding, of the pre-hospital context of service delivery.
