About the Role We are looking for a Remuneration & Benefits Consultant to join our team, working under the broad direction of the Manager of Remuneration & Benefits. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of projects and initiatives, including but not limited to the annual remuneration review, talent and performance management, classification committee, and supporting academic promotions, as well as other initiatives as required. This position offers the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in Talent, Organizational Development, and remuneration in a supportive and collaborative environment. About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- End-to-end management of key remuneration and benefits initiatives.
- Affinity or experience with job design, salary benchmarking and remuneration in the HR space
- Experienced with data analysis and reporting using Excel
- Coordination and administration skills and experience and a demonstrated capacity to develop and deliver effective processes and systems
- Sound organisational skills, including the ability to manage time and meet deadlines
