About the opportunity: Position: Advanced Clinical Lead (Integrated Youth Health Hub) Vacancy: Fixed Term Temporary full-time up to 30/06/2026, with possibility of extension dependent on ongoing funding Location: Womens and Childrens Service Group, Kirwan Health Campus The Integrated Youth Health Hub (IYHH) is a new and exciting Queensland Health led two-year pilot initiative to address the health needs of a high-risk subset of vulnerable young people in contact with the Youth Justice System in Townsville. The pilot will provide comprehensive care and follow-up through an assertive community outreach model to ensure health services are accessible. Your contributions will be valued and impactful. Blue Card Checks: Potential applicants are advised that the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act 2000 requires Queensland Health to seek a working with children check from the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian prior to appointment to this position. 5.1. Please note, from time-to-time this position will be required to travel to, and work at, other facilities located within the Townsville, North West and Mackay Hospital and Health Services to participate in meetings for planning, quality, performance, training and education, or clinical activities. This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided prior to the commencement of duty. This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis. Please refer to the Role Description for further details.
