About the Role Were seeking an experienced and innovative Manager, Privacy and Complaints, to lead a team in ensuring compliance with key legislative obligations. Youll drive improvements in our privacy and complaints frameworks, prepare complex policies, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions. This role offers a chance to contribute to strategic planning and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the privacy and complaints team.
Oversee frameworks for privacy and complaints, ensuring legislative compliance.
Analyse trends and issues, providing actionable insights.
Draft and review policies, procedures, and high-level reports.
Deliver training on privacy, complaints, and information management.
