About the Role Were seeking an experienced and innovative Manager, Privacy and Complaints, to lead a team in ensuring compliance with key legislative obligations. Youll drive improvements in our privacy and complaints frameworks, prepare complex policies, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the privacy and complaints team.
