- Lead a high performing Talent Acquisition Team across both Sydney and Melbourne.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs, offer expert advice, and align strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and update recruitment policies and processes to ensure ongoing efficiency and efficacy objectives are achieved.
- Lead initiatives to actively promote and grow Yo-Chis Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a range of roles within the organisation
- Analyse and implement changes to improve hiring manager and candidate experiences.
- Analyse reporting across recruitment metrics, spend and KPIs and provide data driven insights to the business, key stakeholders and external partners.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, in either/both internal and agency settings.
- 1+ years of leadership and people management experience.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing internal talent acquisition strategies, including proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and employer branding initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner across diverse teams.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and drive recruitment excellence in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with JobAdder, Tanda and Referoo or similar tools is preferable.
- Knowledge of employment law, regulations and basic HR principles.
- A can-do person who tackles challenges, shows resilience and is passionate - bringing the Chi to everything they do!
