Talent Acquisition Manager - Remote Full-Time - Melbourne-Based Drive recruitment strategy, enhance candidate experience, and shape best practices at one of Australias fastest-growing brands. With 44 venues and plans for global growth in 2025, were looking for someone to lead our Talent Team and help drive our recruitment efforts. About the Role Were seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition team and reporting into the General Manager- Operations. Youll be responsible for executing our talent acquisition strategies, leading our Talent Acquisition Specialists, implementing innovative recruitment processes, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving strong outcomes through effective talent acquisition practices. What Youll Do

• Lead a high performing Talent Acquisition Team across both Sydney and Melbourne.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs, offer expert advice, and align strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and update recruitment policies and processes to ensure ongoing efficiency and efficacy objectives are achieved.
• Lead initiatives to actively promote and grow Yo-Chis Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a range of roles within the organisation
• Analyse and implement changes to improve hiring manager and candidate experiences.
• Analyse reporting across recruitment metrics, spend and KPIs and provide data driven insights to the business, key stakeholders and external partners.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, in either/both internal and agency settings.
• 1+ years of leadership and people management experience.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing internal talent acquisition strategies, including proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and employer branding initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner across diverse teams.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and drive recruitment excellence in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with JobAdder, Tanda and Referoo or similar tools is preferable.
• Knowledge of employment law, regulations and basic HR principles.
• A can-do person who tackles challenges, shows resilience and is passionate - bringing the Chi to everything they do!
