Compa & Sando is located at Canberra Centre. we are looking for an experienced Barista to be part of our team.

The Role

• Make coffee and tea to a high quality and appearance
• Take orders and enter in POS
• Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming
• Beverage stocktake and ordering
• Lead by example and mentor, train and guide new colleagues
• Help and support the team on the floor and in the bar when required
• 15 to 24 hours per week

About you

• 1+ year Barista Experience
• High level of coffee machine knowledge and the proven ability to train and mentor other baristas
• Exceptional knowledge and passion in making all types of expresso coffee
• Latte Art
• Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Must hold valid RSA
• Valid working rights in Australia
