We currently have an opportunity for an Operational Support Manager. Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team and play a key role in ensuring the effective and successful delivery of integrated Facilities Services for one of our contracts in the Broadmeadows area. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Accept ownership of processes, systems and compliance requirements for the contract.
• Ensure subcontractors working on the contract are inducted and training up to date. This includes both, Downer and the Customers specific training requirements.
• Ensure records are kept accurate and in an auditable manner.
• Ensure all works comply with Downer Zero Harm and client side EHS, GMP, company requirements and applicable statutory standards.
Use of both Downer and Customer systems to ensure that appropriate records are maintained and documented.

What Youll Bring

• Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, FMCG or a highly regulated environment.
• Experience in compliance auditing and reporting.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining solid client relationships
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Sound knowledge of SAP & WMS, as well as purchasing & invoicing systems.
