NSW Health Pathology is seeking experienced Revenue Administration Officers on a casual basis for immediate and upcoming openings at our John Hunter Hospital and Westmead Hospital locations.

As a Revenue Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient revenue management. You will use your strong administrative and financial skills to support critical billing and revenue processes while maintaining compliance with NSW Health policies. Your ability to navigate multiple billing systems, liaise with key stakeholders—including patients, Medicare, and health funds—and provide high-quality customer service will directly contribute to the financial sustainability of our pathology services.

What youll be doing The Revenue Officer is responsible for ensuring all revenue related administration and financial transactions and processes are managed in accordance with legislative, statutory, NSW Health and NSW Health Pathology compliance obligations.

• Proven knowledge and experience with regards to interpreting applicable policies and legislation pertaining to billing requirements in an accounts related/revenue setting
