THE OPPORTUNITY As part of our diverse team based in Newcastle, you will help make a positive impact on someones life every day. As a Claims Advisor, you will play an integral part within one of our supportive and growing business units helping make a positive impact on an injured workers life. Your role will consist of; inbound and outbound calls with external stakeholder and claim administration duties. As part of our interview process, successfully reviewed applicants will need to be available to attend a face-to-face group interview on Wednesday 26th of March. This will be a permanent, full time position commencing Monday 28th April based in the Newcastle office, with flexibility to work from home once youve completed training. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing world class customer service experience that is focused on early intervention in the form of advice, guidance and support to injured workers, employers and other stakeholders
• Assisting injured workers and employers in their recovery
• Collaborating with Injury Management Specialists and other subject matter experts to collect information and ensure customers receive expert advice and support
• Recording and maintain accurate records
