The primary purpose of this role is to proactively influence and apply subject matter expertise in marketing to respond to business and customer opportunities that will deliver on divisional targets. The Marketing Manager will support the Personal Injury portfolio at Allianz. About the role- Influence initiatives at an early stage to ensure commerciality and customer-centric activity as an outcome of marketing response, should one be required.
- Data-driven marketing: analyse, interpret, apply, and inform data models, leveraging a proficiency in statistics and predictive modelling as well as marketing personalisation platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce).
- Leverage modern marketing techniques and in-depth understanding of technology enablers (e.g., MarTech) that can build, optimise, and improve speed-to-market for campaigns.
- Employ proposition design techniques to develop new and optimise existing propositions that attract and retain customers.
- Build competitor and market analysis to interrogate performance dynamics and trends to inform appropriate target audiences and opportunities for customer interactions with Allianz.
- Measure, track, and report on campaign performance, ensuring spend is in line with budget and managing accordingly.
- Significant experience and technical marketing capability across Proposition Development, Creative Communications Development, Communications Channel Planning and Implementation, and Stakeholder Management.
- Proficiency in MarTech (e.g., Salesforce or similar platform) and data-informed marketing techniques with proven experience in delivering commercial return.
- A solid understanding of business economics, factors influencing profitability, and return on marketing investment.
- Ability to synthesise a high volume of data and distil into actionable insights.
- Experience in developing and delivering a strategic marketing plan.
- Ability to lead a broad range of marketing activities for multiple products or services.
- Highly effective ability to influence and engage to drive outcomes.
