The Performance Associate Manager delivers success across all facets of the business. This is a full-time secondment opportunity to work directly within the clients organisation, reporting into the Head of Media & Digital to deliver best-in class media planning and activation.

Highly skilled in every aspect of biddable, you are accountable for building, tracking and optimising digital media campaigns across the portfolio of brands. Able to confidently project manage campaigns; you set the highest standard for operational excellence, and maintain a market-leading view of best practice.

Passionate about technology and digital media, you are the team expert on how to deliver best-in-class biddable activation and outcomes while nurturing the relationship with brand and digital teams.

Reporting to: Head of Media & Digital onsite with a dotted line into Head of Performance at Agency.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all output is of the highest standard, and conforms to best practices across planning, implementation, optimisation, and reporting
  • Oversee the end-to-end biddable process for campaigns, ensuring QA compliance and use of best practice in social channels
  • Monitor and optimise performance of each campaign according to media KPIs as well as broader business goals;
  • Lead biddable projects across your brand teams, working collaboratively with stakeholders to define and deliver success, such as media strategies and integrated planning sessions
  • Provide insights and recommendations on test & learn plans
  • Support your line manager in the delivery of strong implementation plans that meet campaign objectives
  • Support your line manager on investment decisions, audits, and forecasting as per the clients processes
  • Ensure you are delivering on time and completing commercial tasks, including reconciliation of billings and invoices as per the processes

Your Expertise:

  • Proven track record and experience in social media planning and buying. Programmatic trading is also desirable
  • Attention to detail: monitoring the quality and accuracy of your own work, and that of others
  • Organisation: you track progress and completion of activities to accomplish objectives, working effectively under short deadlines
  • Communication: take the initiative to keep other people informed, and tailor messages to suit others needs
