The Operations Manager will provide building operations management for a number of commercial CBD properties with a focus on contractor management. A snapshot of the role: Maintain building presentation standards, including ensuring all items of plant and equipment in the assigned properties are maintained. Become an expert in all systems and processes that support our Risk Management policies, working to make our buildings safer for tenants, visitors and contractors. Use PropTech to engage with stakeholders and drive efficiency. Work closely with your Property Manager and engage with the wider Property Management team to learn and grow as an Operations Manager. Sound like you? This is what were looking for: Tertiary qualifications are desirable but a Trade Certificate will be favourably considered. A demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines. A positive approach to meeting clients needs whilst managing tenant expectations. Ability to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines. Great organisational skills.
