Full-time permanent position located in Campbelltown NSW
Base annual rate of $82,622 to $88,894 negotiable based on experience & qualifications

About the opportunity:
Uniting is seeking a Youth Caseworker to join our early intervention team in Campbelltown.
This role works with young people who are experiencing, or at risk of, complex challenges, providing timely, strengths-based support to prevent escalation into statutory or crisis services.
What you’ll be doing:
Provide trauma-informed, youth centred casework support within an early intervention framework
Engage and build strong, respectful relationships with young people and their families
Develop and implement individualised case plans focused on safety, wellbeing and long-term outcomes
Work collaboratively with families, schools, community services and internal Uniting programs
Maintain accurate case notes, reports and data in line with program and funding requirements
Uphold Uniting’s values, child safe standards, and ethical practice at all times
Your Qualifications & Experience
Experience working with vulnerable people in an early intervention, youth or family support setting
A strong understanding of trauma-informed and strengths-based practice
Well-developed engagement, assessment and case planning skills
The ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Relevant qualifications in social work, youth work, community services or a related discipline
A current driver's license and current NSW WWCC
