Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Twilio Segment CDP, including workspaces, sources, destinations, Unify, tracking plans, and integrations.

  • Design and implement customer identity resolution, unified customer profiles, and identity graphs across multiple channels.

  • Build and integrate AWS-based data pipelines (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda), including ETL/ELT and Reverse ETL processes.

  • Enable real-time customer data activation across marketing, CRM, analytics, and decisioning platforms.

  • Implement data governance, privacy, consent management, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational best practices.


Key Skills

  • 5–10 years of experience in Twilio Segment CDP, Data Engineering, or MarTech platforms.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Twilio Segment, including Unify, Protocols, Functions, Sources, and Destinations.

  • Expertise in AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda), ETL/ELT, Reverse ETL, data modelling, and enterprise data pipelines.

  • Experience with REST APIs, Kafka, event-driven architectures, and cloud integrations.

  • Knowledge of data governance, PII/privacy controls, CIAM, Terraform, CI/CD, and enterprise cloud solutions.
