Overview

Admin Rockstar Wanted! Join our small but mighty team in Cairns North and trade in your current role for a 9-day fortnight (0730-1630, Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support using tools such as Outlook, Xero, spreadsheets, Google Docs, and CRMs.
• Maintain laser-sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Perform data entry with high accuracy and speed.
• Support team operations as required.

Qualifications

• Previous admin experience with Outlook, Xero, spreadsheets, Google Docs, CRMs.
• Laser-sharp attention to detail and highly organized.
• Fast typing skills and comfortable with data entry.
• Driver's license.
