About the Role
PLC Sydney invites applications from dedicated and collaborative professionals to join our Junior School for the 2026 academic year. Specialising in our Pre‑K environment, this role is instrumental in implementing the College’s vision for excellence in girls' education and supporting the holistic development of our youngest learners.
This is a part‑time, temporary position for the 2026 duration. To align with the needs of the Junior School, the successful candidate will work according to the following schedule:
Term 1, 2026: Three days per week (Monday, Thursday, and Friday)
Terms 2–4, 2026: Two days per week (Thursday and Friday)
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications: Relevant certification in Education Support or Early Childhood (highly regarded).
Educational Commitment: A deep commitment to the education of young girls and a proven ability to support neurodiverse learners within a contemporary classroom setting.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with educational technologies and digital documentation for student portfolios.
Compliance: A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Ethos: A willingness to support and uphold the Christian ethos and values of the College.
