Batch Espresso is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team.
This is a busy takeaway coffee-focused role, so we need someone who with fast hands, organised, clean and confident working in high volume café environment.
The main focus of the role is making coffee, but we are looking for someone with a team-first attitude who is happy to help where needed. This may include occasionally taking orders, restocking, running rubbish etc.
The role includes:
Making high-quality takeaway coffee
Working efficiently during busy morning rush periods
Ability to follow recipe and execute
Keeping the coffee area clean, organised and stocked
Helping take orders when the team needs support
Providing friendly and professional customer service
We are looking for someone who:
Has solid barista experience
Can handle high-volume takeaway coffee
Is reliable, punctual and well-presented
Works well in a team
Has a positive, helpful attitude
Is clean, organised and calm under pressure
Is willing to help outside the coffee machine when needed
