NBS Health Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis.

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

• Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, and grooming.
• Providing assistance with mobility and transfers where required.
• Performing light household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.

  Key Responsibilities
  
  
  
  • Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, and grooming.
  
  
  • Providing assistance with mobility and transfers where required.
  
  
  • Performing light household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  
  
  • Supporting clients with daily living activities.
  
  
  • Building positive and respectful relationships with clients while maintaining their dignity and independence.
  
  
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
  
  
  
  Essential Requirements
  
  
  
  • Experience in disability support, aged care, or community care (preferred).
  
  
  • Certificate III/ 1V in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent (preferred).
  
  
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  
  
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  
  
  • Current Working with Children Check (where applicable).
  
  
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
  • Full Australian working rights.
