ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for 8 Warehouse Store Operators to be part of this exciting new chapter. Based right next to Melbourne Airport, this 24,000 sq/m facility is built for the future - complete with new equipment, cutting-edge automation, and a high-tech Warehouse Management System (WMS). You'll be working with a dynamic, supportive team in a fast-paced environment that offers real opportunities to grow your skills and build a long-term career in logistics. This isn't just another warehouse job - it's your chance to be part of something big right from day one.
DUTIES • Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean, compliant warehouse conditions• Pick pallets and split orders accurately using AMR systems• Handle precise dispatch, labelling, and AMR-assisted order processing• Receive, record, and allocate stock efficiently using WMS• Manage inventory through regular cycle counts and proactive stock control
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Strong with numbers, product codes, and attention to detail in the documentation• Skilled in WMS, RF scanning, and electronic warehousing systems• Experienced with Tugger operation and holds (or is eligible for) LF forklift licence• Energetic, proactive, and committed to getting the job done• A reliable team player who works well with diverse teams
