About the Role:PERSOL are in partnership with our client who is seeking an experienced Supply & Demand Planner for a short-term 6 week contract based in Rydalmere. This hands-on role will support the planning team in maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring accurate forecasting, and driving supply chain efficiency during a critical period.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain short-term demand forecasts across key product lines
Analyse sales trends, inventory levels, and supply chain data to inform planning decisions
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to manage stock availability
Monitor and adjust supply plans based on changes in demand or supply constraints
Use ERP or planning tools (e.g. SAP, Excel, Oracle, etc.) to generate reports and insights
Assist in minimising stock-outs, overstocking, and wastage
Proven experience in supply and/or demand planning, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Excel and planning systems (ERP experience or similar)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Able to hit the ground running and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Immediate start for available
