**Store Manager at Gelatissimo Wagga Wagga **Salary: $80,000 + Superannuation **Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a motivated and passionate Store Manager to lead our Gelatissimo store. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality, team performance and store presentation. This full-time position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts based on operational needs. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently across weekdays and weekends, including morning, afternoon and evening shifts. Availability during peak trading periods, public holidays and busy seasonal times is required to support store operations and customer demand. The role may also require the Store Manager to adjust working hours to meet business needs, supervise staff during peak service periods and ensure smooth store operations at all times. >> Key Responsibilities << * Managing the store’s product range including gelato flavours, desserts and beverages while monitoring stock levels and maintaining high service standards. * Overseeing ordering of ingredients, packaging and supplies, and supporting store marketing initiatives and pricing strategies. * Promoting the store through local marketing activities, in-store displays and community engagement to drive sales and brand awareness. * Delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with flavour selections and ensuring a memorable in-store experience. * Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, sales performance and financial transactions. * Assisting with store budgeting, cost control and minimising product waste. * Recruiting, training, rostering and supervising team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. * Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety regulations. >> About You << * Previous experience in retail, hospitality or food service management. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent customer service and communication abilities. * Experience managing stock control, sales performance and daily store operations. * Passion for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.
