Were expanding across the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, and were looking for hands-on Skilled Landscapers who are ready to get on the tools, operate machinery safely and confidently, and be part of something bigger.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Constructing large-scale commercial and residential landscapes
  • Operating skid steers, excavators, tipper trucks, and other plant equipment
  • Installing turf, trees, garden beds, retaining walls, pathways, and irrigation
  • Carrying out softscape and hardscape work
  • Interpreting landscape plans and assisting with site set-outs
  • Working closely with Leading Hands and Supervisors to deliver high-quality projects
  • Adhering to safety procedures and maintenance checks on all machinery

What Youll Bring

  • Certificate III or IV in Landscape Construction or solid experience in the field
  • MR Truck Licence (Mandatory)
  • Excavator, Skid Steer or Posi-Track tickets (Mandatory)
  • Confident plant and machinery operation skills
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card)
  • A genuine passion for landscaping and the outdoors
