About the role
We are currently seeking a Site Manager to join our team at our at Lake Vermont near Dysart QLD.

This key senior management role reports to the Project Manager and will be responsible for collaboratively delivering high quality solutions and results. As part of the site leadership team, you will be initially responsible for the direct management of key functional teams.
This role will be accountable for the safe and effective delivery of total production, commercial, technical services and maintenance accountabilities for the Project. You will drive performance in the areas of planning, operational discipline, relationship management, safety programs, people development and business improvement projects that continuously promote and drive the Project's delivery.
