As we expand our engineering division, were actively seeking talented Senior and Engineering Managers to lead our teams. If 2024 marks the time for you to explore new horizons, Id love to have a brief conversation to provide more insights.

In this role, youll lead multiple dynamic team focused on delivering next-generation features. From conceptualization to launch, youll tackle the most significant and intricate challenges, leading code reviews, documentation efforts, and addressing high-risk issues. Additionally, youll collaborate closely with leadership, offering valuable technical insights to shape our roadmap planning.

Work will always be different, and you will have the chance to spearhead solution design and development. Focusing on Architectural decisions and driving changes.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in Backed coding languages Java and Spring Framework
• Experience architecting and executing large-scale, performant systems that are critical to the business
• Broad experience architecting, designing, and building large-scale systems with multiple dependencies.
• Skilled at working to build alignment, drive decision-making, and communicate transparently
• Hands-on experience with public or private cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, GAE, Azure) Or interest in learning Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) 
• Execution mindset and the ability to deliver with cross-functional teams that are globally distributed
