About Another MotherAnother Mother is a high‑end Fremantle‑based housekeeping service that supports local families with practical, non‑judgemental home help. We provide high‑quality cleaning, laundry, and home organisation delivered with professionalism, warmth, and care.
We’re a small, women‑led team, and we pride ourselves on consistency, reliability, and the calm, grounded presence we bring into every home.
As demand grows, we are seeking two Experienced / Senior Housekeepers to join our team long neque.
About the RoleThis is a part‑time position offering 20–28 hours per week across 4–5 days, with school‑hours scheduling available.
You will work independently in family homes across Fremantle and nearby suburbs, providing:
High‑standard general housekeeping (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, surfaces)
Laundry (washing, folding, bedding)
Light organisation (cupboards, toys, wardrobes, pantries)
Home resets and the creation of calm, functional spaces
Professional, respectful communication with clients
Use of checklists and transparent processes for consistency
You will be matched with regular weekly clients for stability and routine.
What We’re Looking ForThis role is ideal for someone who:
Has strong experience in professional housekeeping or cleaning roles (minimum 1–2 years)
Is reliable, punctual, steady, and able to work independently
Brings a warm, grounded, and professional presence
Communicates clearly and respectfully
Is physically capable of housekeeping work
Is seeking consistent, long‑term part‑time hours
Has a well‑maintained, reliable car and valid driver’s licence
Can commit to at least 6–12 months of stable availability
Presents professionally in high‑end homes
Is an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or permanent work visa holder
This role may suit mature workers, those returning to the workforce, former hospitality or support workers, or anyone who enjoys creating order and calm through hands‑on, meaningful work. We are particularly looking for mothers who have lived experience and therefore understand the needs of our clients.

Casual employment starting at $32.33/hr + super + allowances

Minimum 1–2 years relevant housekeeping or cleaning experience
Citizen/PR/permanent visa holder

National Police Clearance (within first month)

Ability to work independently with confidence and care
