The Role

Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, Live Payments is seeking a driven Sales Representative with at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role and a keen interest in the booming payments industry. Receive comprehensive sales training geared toward your success and ongoing career development.

The impact you will have:

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle - enthusiastically engage prospects over the phone and guiding them towards the payment solution best suited to their business

  • Make 30-60+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers, qualify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions through your deep understanding of our product value proposition

  • Nurture a strong pipeline of leads through a variety of channels, warm leads, referrals, and prospecting, utilising Zoho CRM to maintain accurate records and progress on deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

  • Collaborate with onboarding and support teams for a seamless customer handover.

About You

Youre driven, confident, curious and resilient, looking to make an impact and grow your career in sales.

What youll bring:

  • 2-3 years experience in sales, ideally in Telco, Finance or Merchant Services

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience is required

  • Experience with CRMs such as Zoho, Salesforce or similar

  • Target-driven mindset and strong motivation to succeed

  • The highest level of professionalism and ethical standards

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport

  • Natural curiosity for the payments industry

  • Self-starter attitude, high energy, and a team-first approach

  • Confidence, coachability, and a hunger to learn and grow.
