We are seeking a driven and commercially savvy Sales Manager – Resources to lead business development and client growth across the resources sector from our Byron Bay office. This role is suited to a high-performing sales leader with strong industry networks, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to win and grow accounts in complex business-to-business environments.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, developing key client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and leading sales activity across a portfolio of products or services aligned to the resources industry. Working closely with leadership and operational teams, the role will play a key part in expanding market presence and delivering long-term commercial value.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou are a commercially focused sales leader with experience working in or servicing the resources sector, and you bring a track record of building strong client relationships and delivering revenue growth. You are confident engaging with senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities in competitive markets, and translating technical or operational capability into compelling client solutions.
You are proactive, credible, and results-oriented, with the ability to work both strategically and hands‑on in a relationship‑driven environment.
