The Compliance and Administration Officer keeps our Self-Employment Assistance Program on track - making sure we're meeting regulations and policies while managing the admin that holds everything together. You'll need to love the details, be someone who follows the rules and gets others to do the same, and be comfortable picking up the phone when something needs sorting. This isn't a heads-down computer compliance job - you'll be working directly with people and holding them to the program's standards.
Think good cop and bad cop all in one - friendly, approachable, but strong when it comes to process. This is a role for someone who is detail-obsessed and a great communicator - and if that's you, you'll have a lot of fun doing it. You'll also be supporting a program with a lovely team that genuinely changes people's lives!
