• Wear designated PPE and follow all work instructions per SOP's and in accordance with Company Policies.
• Complete prestart and maintenance on the machine at start up
• Fill out the required JotForms correctly and in a timely manner.
• Empty Bins at the end of Shift or at each coil change
• Report any maintenance issues to the Team Leader.
• Check quality of product being rolled
• Roll Jobs in order of delivery
• Check jobs have been rolled completely with layout, mark off as completed
• Assist with machine operation training.
• Resolve machine issues that are within your skill level. If unable to resolve quickly and correctly then escalate to team leader.
• Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly Operator Maintenance per SOP's.
• Work towards KPI

• Completed at least 4 weeks of on-the-job training.
• Forklift ticket preferred.
• Completed induction and training on roll form machines and can complete all related SOP's

• 5am - 1:30pm Monday to Thursday
• 5am - 11am Fridays
• $31.19 per hour

• 1:00pm Monday to Thursday
• 11am - 5pm Fridays
• $35.87 per hour
