Rip Curl is on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help drive our digital growth and elevate our ecommerce presence. As a key player in our Digital team, you'll execute high-impact paid media strategies that fuel both brand awareness and conversion. You'll be hands-on across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do:

Paid Media Strategy Development

• Collaborate on global paid media strategies
• Identify target audiences and platforms
• Stay ahead of digital trends and platform updates

Campaign Execution & Optimisation

• Work alongside global agencies to launch and manage campaigns across key platforms
• Monitor performance and make data-driven tweaks
• Run A/B tests to refine creatives, targeting, and bidding

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track KPIs and generate insights
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Budget Management

• Allocate budgets to maximise ROI
• Forecast and recommend spend based on trends

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with content, data, and agency teams
• Support integrated marketing initiatives
• Contribute to team strategy session

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on paid media
• Proven success in campaign management and optimisation
• Experience with Google Analytics and reporting dashboards
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Campaign Manager
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns
